All Photos were taken on November 19th, 2011 which was a very overcast day. I had not been to the property in many years and it's beauty was enough to take my breath away. This is a gated community with a homeowner association and sits in the footills of the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. From our property there is a view of Fort Garland Colorado which is 7 miles away. Although the roads are not paved they are very well maintained by the association. Dues are $25.00 a year. Taxes are $250.00 a year. Our land is approc 5.25 acres. Power is in the area and a well would be approx 500 feet deep. We desire to trade this property because we live so far away and are unable to enjoy all it has to offer.
